Certified Inspector and Technicians on Staff
Clients are usually not aware but it is critical that your service company be AAADM certified. This requires that the tech show he has been trained under a prior certified tech for more than 2 years. Then after verification of hours and work experience, the technicians undergo classroom training and a very comprehensive testing process.
Having the technical ability and the chance to work on a piece of equipment to offer a service is a roll of the dice for a customer placing possible liability on the end user as well the technician himself plus the company.
